Ethan Haas (series star JASON RITTER) hosts the ultimate surprise party for his fiancée: a reunion of their third-grade classmates to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the day they met. Although the party turns out to be a disaster, the lives of the eight attendees remain inextricably bound together from that day forward. Lina Warbler (series star HEATHER GOLDENHERSH) wears her heart on her sleeve and remains optimistic about love, although she recently caught her boyfriend cheating on her; her cynical twin sister, Kat Warbler (series star LIZZY CAPLAN), has a sarcastic tongue that hides her kind heart; Duncan Carmello (series star JON BERNTHAL), who was the well-liked boy in school, is in a band and still lives and bickers with his mother, Tina (series star JULIE HALSTON); Kyle Lendo (series star SEAN MAGUIRE), whom every girl had a crush on, is now happily in love with his live-in boyfriend; Richie Velch's (series star JESSE TYLER FERGUSON) life has gone downhill since third grade--until the reunion invitation sparked his curiosity; Holly Ellenbogen's (series star LUCY PUNCH) heart was broken when Kyle cheated on her at the high school prom, and she couldn't wait to show him what a successful news anchor she's become and how happy she is with her husband, Perry Pearl (series star SAM HARRIS); and pretty, popular Nicole Allen (series star ANDREA ANDERS) was once in love with Duncan and is now the unfulfilled trophy wife of a retired football star.
