Synopsis

In the tradition of interweaving character drama and the supernatural in such hits as "Smallville," a completely new kind of thrill ride takes viewers on a journey into the dark world of the unexplained. Twenty-two years ago, Sam and Dean Winchester lost their mother to a mysterious and demonic supernatural force. As a result, their father raised the brothers to be soldiers. He taught them about the paranormal evil that lives in the dark corners and on the back roads of America...and he taught them how to kill it. Now, they travel the country, encountering creatures that most people believe exist only in folklore, superstition and nightmares--vampires, spirits, revenants, reapers, even bloody clowns. Wherever they go, the brothers continue their search for the demon that destroyed their family while uncovering the dark secrets buried within their own history.
