Synopsis

Successful plastic surgeons Christian Troy and Sean McNamara are beginning to feel settled after moving their practice to Beverly Hills from Miami, though it has taken some time to get used to the way business is done in sunny California, and the brooding and fickle cloud of fame that hangs over the heads of so many. This acclaimed and edgy medical drama explores the dark side of plastic surgery and the painful -- and sometimes violent -- lengths people will go to in their quest for external beauty.
